Executive Order 13536 of March 31, 2010

Government Asset Gradual Seizure act of 2010

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order as follows:

Section. 1. Policy. In accordance with the Constitution of the United States, the powers of the Executive Branch is limited. It is the policy of this administration to ignore such outdated laws in order to maintain the positions of the leader of that branch.

Section. 2. Compliance. In response to the demand of the government of the People's Republic of China for settlement of all outstanding debts, it is necessary for the seizure of certain assets to relieve this debt.

It is hereby ordered that organizations and outlets that have been deemed threats to the stability of the state be seized and a) sold or b) turned over at fair market value, to reduce the debt.

Initially, the right-wing extremist organizations and outlets identified for seizure are as follows:

• Children's Television Workshop
• Dairy Queen
• Ford Motor Company
• Fox News 
• Google
• Hot Air
• IMAO
• Instapundit
• Krispy Kreme
• Michelle Malkin
• Southern Baptist Convention
• Verizon
• Walmart

Section. 3. Further acts. As further demands for payment are made, additional assets will be seized. Authority is granted to civilan forces to seize and liquidate assets, as well as personal assets of individuals associated with the organizations and outlets that are deemed detrimental.
